The One-Handed Needle Recapping Method

 Step
1: Place the cap on a flat surface like the table or counter.
 Step
2. Holding the syringe with the needle attached in one hand, slip the
needle into the cap without using the other hand. (Hint: some folks put a
piece of double sided tape on a corner of the counter to help keep the cap from
sliding. Change the tape regularly for sanitation.)
 Step
3. Now you may use both hands to "seat" the cap onto the needle
firmly.
