Frequently Asked DEA Questions

We get many questions about the DEA rules for veterinary practices. Sometimes the questions deal with interpreting a rule.  Sometimes the question simply is "How do I do that?"  Sometimes the question is to clarify an issue with conflicting advice.  No matter what the question, we're here to help.

Controlled substance regulations do vary slightly state by state, but they can never be less stringent than the federal rules.
